1. Service Scope
Fooshun Desk is an enterprise SaaS for global customer service and port management. Once registered and purchased, you are licensed to use the modules during the contract term.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your credentials and behavior. Accounts must not be rented or transferred. Contact us immediately if you notice suspicious activity.
3. Billing & Renewal
Port fees are prepaid monthly or annually. Failure to renew suspends service; data is retained for 30 days before purge.
4. Service Availability
SaaS targets 99.9% monthly uptime (excluding planned maintenance). On-premise SLAs follow contract terms.
5. Acceptable Use
The platform may not be used for illegal activity, spam marketing, harassment, or infringement. Violations result in immediate termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Total liability capped at amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China; disputes shall be submitted to courts with jurisdiction over our registered office.
